Capital date for Bulls board

Capital date for Bulls board
David Keyte and Tim Russon are to meet members of the London Bulls in Westminster tomorrow.

The Hereford United board members will also be talking to local MP Jesse Norman at the Marquis of Granby Pub in Westminster.

Organiser Nick Vaughan has already e-mailed existing London supporters with the details of how the new supporters club branch will operate.

Now he is particularly keen to run it past fellow supporters for their approval and continues to welcome further ideas for HUFC to take on board.

Nick, who divides his time between London and Hereford, said: 'We had an excellent meeting with Tim Russon before the game against Rotherham recently, but I am aware quite a few who have shown a strong interest in this venture were unable to attend.

'It is clear Tim wants to do everything he can to see a buoyant supporters club up and running in the very near future - which is administered directly by HUFC.'

He added: 'Once Tim has formulated how HUFC can assist - it must be up to the supporters to approve it and get the ball rolling. There is no set time-frame for launching this supporters club. We have to get it right for the benefit all concerned.'

Lots of London Supporters have already registered their interest and ideas - with contact details still being collated. So if you are a Bulls supporters who wants to get involved, please text Nick Vaughan on 07894478788 with your e-mail address.

Tuesday evenings meeting commences at 6pm.

The nearest tube station is Westminster and the postcode for the pub is: SW1P 3RF.

Tim hopes as many prospective members will attend with some great ideas for a dedicated London supporters club.
